Context
The diversity of aeronautical computers and the functions they manage lead, in the case of testing, to a need to envisage a very significant range of physical values to be managed or measured.
Challenge
Create a drawer that can be integrated into generic TEST BENCHs and that can load the DSOs for the computers it is connected to while very precisely measuring the currents consumed.
Solutions & Results
An elementary circuit board is used to check, by way of an analogue and digital electronic assembly, in a very precise manner, the charge current on 4 channels, both for high and low currents. Eight circuit boards are integrated into a 1U drawer. They are interconnected by other circuit boards thus reducing the associated cabling and the related interference. This solution ensures reproducibility, reliability and robustness in all of the drawers created.
