Context
Each computer intended to be integrated into an aircraft must be scrupulously tested.
Challenge
All of the functionality must be tested which results, in the case of the computers that manage the fuel level, in a need to check a large number of inputs and outputs of different electrical natures. As it is checked on a generic TEST BENCH, the space allocated to the test interface is restricted.
Solutions & Results
The signals are distributed by functionalities and managed by programmable and interchangeable simulation circuit boards, specifically developed for this application. Designed in 3D CAD and completed by our knowhow in aeronautical cabling, the integration created allows us to embed it all in a restricted volume.
