Context
The avionic computers that manage the quantity of fuel in an aircraft are connected to physical gauges whose number varies depending on the aircraft type.
Challenge
As these physical gauges are too large to be integrated into a test interface, we were asked to create a circuit board capable of simulating these gauges.
Solutions & Results
A circuit board in the simple Europe format allows the embedding of 10 DC multi-gauge groups. A machined mechanical housing contributes to the thermal regulation function to ensure perfect stability in the simulation. The circuit boards, because of their design, allow great flexibility in the definition of gauges in order to adapt to the diversity of gauge systems to be tested.
